There are several meeting styles that the branches adopt with the Network. These are:
During the meeting everyone gets a 1 minute to talk about their business (the topic of these 1 minutes does change often to avoid the boredom setting in); then the Focused Member gets 10 minutes on their own business and how the group can help to generate more referrals/alliances or business for them. The members of the group will then actively promote this member for the coming week and report back at the next meeting on anything that they uncovered.
These meetings give everyone chance to talk to people within the group that they don't already know well. Everyone gets 10 minutes each in their pairs to talk about their business and then the group come back together and deliver each other's 1 minute presentations.
This is the branches opportunity to strut their stuff in front of potential members. We invite at least 1 guest each to join us for a morning meeting where energy levels are high, networking is fantastic! These meetings typically stand at 30 business owners in one room! Brilliant.
A mastermind meeting is closed to guests, it is just for members to come together to discus a particular issue. This could be troubling one of the members and the group feel it appropriate to share and to help; or the branch could decide to use a mastermind session to focus on it's own issue - maybe generating more members, more referrals, planning a larger event etc.
Education sessions are encouraged when a branch feels that this would be of use. Such as an Accountant in the group providing an update to its members around budget time.
